Dear God,

Seeing your gifts of mountains, oceans, sunrises, and sunsets fuels my spirit. It gives me added comfort and peace knowing that you gave us humans a glimpse of paradise here on earth. I'm awe-struck every time I see them and my mind becomes more open to receive your guidance.

Thank you for not only those gifts but for the gifts of destiny and fate. Thank you for sending him along my path. I need to know... are there more lessons for me to learn with him?

Help me see beyond those eyes, his smile, his laughter, and zest for life. Help me to know, understand, empathize and love his heart. I know that not every man is meant for marriage, sex, or even love. Have you sent him to help: heal, repair, upgrade, restore, uplift, and bring out a better me? Did you send him to me for a season or for a lifetime?

Have I taken what I've needed? Have I given what I was supposed to give? Have I learned all that you needed for me to learn from him?

Make it plain and reveal to my mind, heart, and soul why he's here; his intentions, and my purpose here.
