The cost of applying for U.S. citizenship is dramatically increasing

😯 More than an 80% increase in naturalization application fees, including a fee being imposed on asylum seekers is pure madness! While it’s not a significant amount of money to many countries, it’s simply the brazen increase at once that’s a turn-off. And, to charge asylum seekers anything is simply deplorable in my opinion.

It breaks my heart to watch my country continue implementing policies that are unwelcoming to the rest of the world. I guess I should stop being surprised by such things as America - the current administration - doesn’t even value the lives of a good percentage of its own population! (Can you say #blacklivesmatter)
